Befitting to the X2 Brand and as a true market leader we have teamed up with Thailand’s largest Hotel and Resort operator the Centara Group to operate all our resort and residence properties. We feel that this association will enable us to ensure our owners the very highest level of rental and management program available both in terms of service and returns.

Each Owner has the option to participate in this program under a new luxury brand “The Centara Boutique Collection”. This rental program has been created for all those who wish to own their property as a form of a lifestyle investment product and derive a regular annual income as such.

Our research and subsequent projections show that owners at X2 Koh Kood should expect to clear a minimum income of around 6% net per annum. This figure is a true net figure as when joining the rental program, owners will incur absolutely no costs or expenses what so ever. All that remains to be paid from this income is a small proportion of income tax if and where applicable.

As a sign of our confidence we are offering to guarantee 6% net income PA for 4 years to anyone who wishes to join the rental program.
