Each Owner has the option to participate in a Rental Management Program that will be managed by Astudo under its luxury resort brand “X2 Resorts”. This rental program has been created for all those Owners who wish to buy their property as a form of a lifestyle investment.

Through such a program, each owner will give mandate to Astudo to rent out his/her property (or part of it) to third parties. Astudo will manage the whole process, ensuring that all aspects of the transactions are professionally handled and that returns to the property Owners are maximized.

Under the Rental Management Program agreement, the owner of each property will have the right to utilize the property purchased and during the time when the owner does not occupy their property, the property will be placed in the Rental Management Program.

Upon enrolment into the program, Astudo will ask each owner to provide a schedule of when the owner would like the property not to be included in the rental inventory to be rented out over the following calendar year. Astudo will always try and accommodate owner requests for use of the property, but it will be subject to availability and advance bookings are strongly recommended. A flexible, fair and pragmatic approach is used to achieve every owners requirements.
