Kui Buri is located on the gulf of Thailand, approximately 3 hours drive from Bangkok, just past the popular resort town of Hua Hin where the Thai royal family frequently reside.

The general area is underdeveloped and peaceful with the only communities being local fishing villages. The resort and residences are located on virgin beachfront land covering over 8 acres (12 Rai).

The History Of Sadet Beach

X2 Resort is on Had Sadet (Sadet Beach). The word Sadet refers to the royal household, and often places that were frequented by royal family in days gone by were named “royal” for that reason. Given the reason for the lack of coconut trees, and the name of the beach it is now clear that this particular area was a favorite amongst a particular royal.
