Construction Update

X2 Residences in Kui Buri are unique in that the majority of the construction has actually already been completed prior to the launch of the project. Currently the X2 Resort, including 23 villas, spa, restaurant, main pool, parking, reception, offices, laundry, security, sports, meeting rooms and resort infrastructure etc have all been completed. The residence area is being built over the course of the next 18 months, in line with sales progress. As the villas are independent buildings each one can start construction without waiting for other villas in the project to be sold.
