X2 Resorts
X2 Resorts (pronounced Cross To) is a privately owned chain of design hotels based out of Thailand, South East Asia. The company is the passion of Anthony & Kaewjai McDonald. The couple are successful entrepreneurs, who after years of experience in property, investment and services industries embarked on an innovative and fascinating strategy in establishing X2 Resorts and Residence in the region.

Together with Asian based hotel and design professionals they are building their “Designer Resort & Residence” chain, starting with resorts in Kui Buri (South of Hua Hin), Koh Samui and Koh Kood.

X2 Residences
X2 Resorts, part of the Astudo Hotel and Resort Group are currently building the first of several branded residence projects. These residences will be built, adjoining the existing X2 design hotels. The villa and apartment residences are available for acquisition on a freehold or long term lease basis complete with an optional hotel rental and management program run by The Centara Group. This program not only ensures a steady high yield return, but also to keep the 5 star services and maintenance of the property.

All X2 resorts are members of both ‘Design Hotels’ and ‘Lifestyle Hotels’, providing further reassurance that the resorts and residences are of a high quality, recognised by many.

X2 recognised that those individuals who appreciate style and design were becoming less satisfied with the traditional tropical resort and residence designs that, while well executed, proliferate the Asian region.
