X2 Residences Samui will offer two villa types including beach and seaside villas, in all totaling 10 unique residences. Each villa is not more than 80 meters from the beachfront, accessed through the common areas of the residences or the adjoining X2 Resort.

Each owner has the option to participate in a Rental Management Program that will be managed by X2 Resorts. This rental program has been created for all those owners who wish to buy their property as a form of a lifestyle investment.
